My main way of working is based on the Transactional Analysis model and, where applicable, I use a wide range of techniques and theories from TA, using narrative therapy, CBT and creative methods, tailoring my approach to suit you.
Counselling begins with an initial consultation over one or two 50 minute sessions, where you can explore what you want to gain and how I can help you.
The relationship between client and counsellor is very important, therefore the initial consultation gives you a chance to explore whether you would like to work with me and whether my approach is what you are looking for.
Based on your needs, I offer short, medium or long term therapy both online and face to face at my premises in Maidstone, Kent.
